Usually it’s either missing requirements (like ScriptHookV, .NET, or OpenIV setup) or game version conflicts. I can share a fix/workaround if you want."

QuantV / NaturalVision Evolved (NVE): For lighting, reflections, and realistic weather.
Reshade / ENB presets: To boost colors, contrast, and sharpness.
4K textures & road packs: For more detail on buildings, vehicles, and streets.
Gameconfig + performance tweaks: To make sure the game runs smooth without crashes.
I also play around with my in-game settings (like shadows, MSAA, and post-FX) to balance performance with visuals. That’s how I get the realistic graphics look. 👍"
