It isn't for graphic. It has empty city, tones of objects were cut from the game.
Anyway, may I have look at your work? Or progress.

@GTAFREAk67S So You wait for new tools to expand your possibilities,Don't you? Usually, game devs creat tools for their games to mod them ( Like Skyrim - Creation Kit ) And i suspect that Rockstar isn't going to do something like that.
But, You know, I saw an incoming mod of yours ( Watch Dogs 2 protagonist ) It seems very natural and qualitatively. Wonder why you can't finish Aiden's model. I am not sure but, Can't you just port Aiden's model from Watch Dogs directory to GTA 5 and then adapt that. Do you?
