not bad for your first map mod. but with most beginning modders, you don't need to space out everything so far. sometimes creating map mods in a smaller footprint can make the map appear more detailed.
Here is the fix: OpenIv>dlcpacks>4runner>data>x64>vehiclemods>vehicles.rpf. Pull out the yft and ytd files and rename 4runner to mesa. place the new files in patchday2nd>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf>replace existing mesa files.
