I used this for modding 2 years ago. I had best luck with 3D Max 2016 but I use both. Got it to work a lil with 3D max 2024. I am very grateful. Thank you.
@Snowrella That was a while back. I think I wanted to see if it would work. My guess was, the skeleton bones are different. One would think, they would be the same. The hair model has way too many vertices, for not being a static mesh.
Second life models, I am guessing.
Perfect. Amazing work, and works very balanced. Was very EZ to install.
The Rock Star editor will work nice by filling in items and PEDS. Now I got to put some band stages in it. KISS!

@Snowrella I tried putting it on TRACY. It went nuts., I am a newbie in this part in the game. So, a Read me, would have just been the berries.
