So I have been trying to change the open/close menu to F7 (0x76) in the .ini I fallowed the instructions change it from 0x77 to 0x76 hit save Open my game and it is still binned to F8 witch opens menyoo. Also tried to bind it to F9 and save it and doesn't change. And yes the mod and files are in the gta common folder.

So Open IV will not let me drag and drop files and I do have edit mode enabled. What am I missing? I also updated Open IV as well.

I tried to de-bind F8 that switches to Trevor and the menu doesn't come up I have all the necessary mods and no conflicts.
