So sorry my comment criticising your mod
For those whose game crashes after installing this mod
1) Download limitless gameconfig
2) Do not choose any option other than 5x peds and 5x traffic as I was using 0.5x traffic and 0.5x peds, my game crashed after installing 5x one, this started working
