is there a mod that actually brings back the 3d era cops system where cops would chase you with a nightstick when you get 1 star wanted level, or even drop some spike strip in 3 stars wanted level and even added the 6 stars wanted level when the army start getting involved in trying to taking down the player, and I also remember that back in the vice city there undercover cops going after you with a fast car.

@HKH191 can you make a Vice City Stories Empire Businesses? like y'know, taking over certain gang businesses, with different type of crime businesses like protection racket.brothel,drug labs,smuggling,loan shark,robbery. and also gangs will try to take you ddown after taking over certain building. gangs also can attack your empire building there will be some friendly gang member fighting to protect the building. and player will receive money every weekend
