Nice find, but think that texture is leftover and clown suit model was replaced by diving suit, but who knows. Again...nice find. :)

@zanesix Nope. I used clown textures from Trevor's Grass Roots mission, because I think, in the beta T and M had same outfits as clowns from that mission and for hair I used Franklin's afro.
