can you please add the new merryweather outfit from the mercenary update?

My textures are getting screwed up

@TheRaf3D1 I downloaded it, open dlclists and copied the thing into there and pressed save then dropped precision rifle into dlcpacks

i put everything in as the instructions and downloaded all but i cant spawn it, help
