@Vincegta5 and @BillyChic ***SOLVED*** Take a look at this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N0ovURiaTtE. It would appear that we have too many mods loading, and when I downloaded the Heap Adjuster and the Game Config that's recommended in the video (the 3rd file isn't needed anymore) it works perfectly. Enjoy your new ride.
So, to follow up... I put a dlc.rpf file from one of the other existing dlcpack directories into gtorino76, and GTA5 started up fine. This further leads me to believe that the modded dlc for the Torino is the culprit. Maybe it has something to do with the last GTA5 update, since people who installed the car prior to that time don't seem to be having any problems.
Same with me. I'm certainly no expert, but I think it has something to do with the dlc.rpf file that gets copied into the gtorino76 directory that's created. When the .rpf file is in the directory, my GTA crashes/exits. However, if I delete the .rpf file from the directory GTA loads up fine.
