@2017camarolike hey, my discord have nypd liveries if that's what you mean and about your trouble finding some vehicles, you can help from spawn name in the description and manually type it in your trainer

@AnotherMods thanks and by default no i didn't include a dispatch.meta but you can add them via openiv by editing "dispatch.meta" and replacing/adding car of your choice, gonna add that features in future update

@gangstergamer078 i don't consider replacement for now but you can do it with any car you want by copying line from the dlc directly into base vehicles.meta and carvariations.meta, their no more forum in 5mods to explain how to do that but there might be some in gtaforum or ytb video in case you need
