MAKE SURE TO TELEPORT TO THE REFERENCE POINT (DEVIN WESTON'S HANGAR) BEFORE LOADING OR ELSE SOME THINGS WILL NOT SPAWN CORRECTLY!!
Make sure to load this as the reference location or else certain things possibly won't spawn correctly.
Make sure to load this map near the Cluckin' Bell Factory to prevent issues with peds or certain things not spawning correctly.

IF YOU LOAD THE MAP FAR AWAY, SOME PEDS WILL NOT SPAWN CORRECTLY. TO FIX THIS PLEASE TELEPORT/ GO TO THE OBSERVATORY FIRST, THEN LOAD THE MAP!
