@uhKiings3D naaah man. I just checked it out your original file version 1.2 was only in my game and i didabled all of the other mods. The problem was'nt solved.i don't know where is the problem.
@uhKiings3D all of the lights are fine and even all of my other mods do'nt have such this problem i use natural vision evolved graphic mods and reshade. There is no more mods on my game just graphic mods and car mods. I don't understand where is the problem.

I tried a lot to fix it in carcols.meta with differents light values but it did not fix. I think they should get ID from zmodeler3.
