@Maxuss I'm new to modding but I'm pretty sure you can't use this online in the first place as this requires a mod folder to replace the gun sound files without messing up your game. And if you were to try to join online, as you need openiv, it would just either revert you back to story mode or you will load into online with normal gun sounds, it just depends on other mods you have
