A suggestion: Make the umbrellas in different colors, it adds more variety to the game. Also, as I noticed, when it starts to rain, people inside a nightclub or other environment open their umbrellas too, which is funny but a glitch probably.
I like the idea. Needed this within the game.Good job.
Suggestion. You should create a mod for use in offline / story mode with a sticky bomb that you can attach to citizens and not only walls or cars , just like in GTA 4.... Or is there any mod that does this?
Please add the full installation path in your description to add the file parameters from this mod (single player) in dlclist.xml, because i can't find it in OpenIV. Thanks.

ERR_MEM_EMBEDDEDALLOC_GUARD_1 Game memory error. Please reboot and restart the game. Occurs during the loading process, checked this twice, the game crashes. I use the Legacy Version 1868.. Any help?

There is no mpclothes folder with .rpf file in my game and mods folder (Legacy version).Is there any solution ? I used OIV to check, no avail.
When I drive forward, the siren sounds just once..after pressing the key..When I drive backwards, it sounds continuously. Very funny thing, that. But it works! :)
It would be also nice if you could throw NPC's during melee or in combat i.e. from a bridge or at the enemy..Any idea to add this to this mod in the future?
