A simple, light-weight, open source ".cs" script to prevent your plane to turn off its engine without your consent.
MOD DESCRIPTION
This script allows you to NOT turn off plane engine while holding throttle down (S) button.
So while holding "S" button, your plane will never turn off its engine.
If you still want to turn off your plane's engine while holding throttle down (S) button, also hold "hand brake" (Space) to be able to turn off the engine.
The script will definitely require "ScriptHookVDotNet 3.7.0" and above.
INSTALLATION
1. Make sure you have ScriptHookVDotNet 3.7.0 or above.
2. Place "scripts" and folder provided in .rar into -->
Grand Theft Auto V Legacy/Enhanced directory (where the PlayGTAV.exe file is).

Mine has a little plus; you can also turn the engine off at your will, by holding hand brake button. Also made it cs so maybe anyone would want to improve or add something new.
And I did not know such mod existed, since i made mine a long while ago, just recently decided to publish. No hard feelings.

No problem, just wanted to let you know :-) so no one gets the wrong idea and starts complaining... I've seen it all in the modding scene 😅
Yeah, my script is really just there to prevent the plane's engines from shutting off in mid-air when you hold down S. I deliberately didn’t assign the spacebar because I like to brake with S + spacebar to leave tire tracks on the runways. That also creates a bit of smoke from the tires. But that’s how it is by default in GTA. (As far as I know)
