Inspired by the now deprecated Smooth Throttle
This offers the same functionality with advanced improvements and Manual Transmission option.
Automatic is default setting - can be switched "on the fly" in-game.

Intelligent Cruise Control:
Set-and-forget cruise control (NumPad 9)
Vehicle-specific throttle tuning
Minimum speed requirement (configurable 10-30 MPH)
Automatically disables when braking or speed drops too low
Blocks upshifting to maintain steady speed
Adjustable Throttle Control:
Adjust throttle percentage on-the-fly (NumPad 8/2)

PRO-TIPS FOR KEYBOARD USERS:
Leave default throttle settings to 50 percent If you have a gaming mouse. Set a button for gas and another for brake in the GTA game settings, to supplement the mod's w/s while off-roading or racing for a realistic "hitting the gas, clutching and shifting the gears" feel.
Off-roading drop it into first, and use the same method above to gently crawl around and hit the throttle on the mouse when needed to hill climb or go through mud. Even going down hills if you don't brake or let the RPM drop too low, the gear will stay locked in 1st and let you simulate realistic off roading skills.(Be careful in the mountains!)
You can also lock higher gears using cruise if you wanna go zoom zoom! :)

@Revrevr1111 AMTAC doesn't have a fuel system but if you're talking about Persistence3, no it does not have a fuel system built into it but supports compatibility with mods that do. The ini just turns it on or off so that if your vehicle gets blown up it doesn't have trouble starting if you don't have a fuel mod.

@liquido WASD keys for movement on the keyboard. W/S aka Forward/Reverse need to be configured to let the script control the input vs the native game control.

@liquido Yes, you should be able to config in the ini - steering wheel, controller, etc. If you run across something specific, just tag me here or on discord and I can probably patch it, but most generalized configs should be supported.

Also I realize that using analog I won't be able to shift properly, I also have to assign shifting to the bumpers or triggers (RB LB, RT RB)
