This Mod Includes:
. Two-Face Harvey Dent Pedestrian (I recommend using a trainer of some sort so you can actually get to play as him)
. Completely custom wardrobe with detailed Normal Maps to make the textures that much more realistic! These textures have depth, they are not just flat pasted on a texture :)
. Complete Replacement of the original Pedestrian "u_m_m_bankman" You can see him as "Bankman" in the native trainer "Skin Changer"
* You Will Need OpenIV to install this mod.
I would appreciate that nobody reupload or host on another site without crediting me first with a link back to my profile.
