the model works very well, the textures are very good, but a couple of things are missing,
1- blood maps.
2- facial animations when you die (close your eyes).

@SERGIO_VAN_DYK TecnoPazos got ahead of me. I was just about to post that your mod is almost perfect, just missing a bloodmap. It would also be nice, if the skirt would not be transparent from the inside. Nevertheless, a very nice mod.

And scripthook V, scrpthookdotnet and OpenV (if you don't already have them).
Put the files in OpenV to file \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf\.
then open the program addonpeds.
Type name of ped in \peds\new ped\name
Choose male or female,
streamed: true or false (most are false), and the 'add ped' button.
Don't forget to klick on REBUILD on the top of the addonpeds program.
That's it.
