- Extract the file and place 700r_sign_4.dds on your desktop
- open OpenIV
- Turn on Edit mode
- Goto GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/lp700r.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/lp700r.rpf/lp700r.ytd
- edit lp700r.ytd
- Click on Import
- In the Open windows, choose the mod livery file 700r_sign_4.dds and Open it
- Press Save and close OpenIV
- enjoy :)
