This mod replaces the textures of the massacro2 with a race skin based on THORNS a company in-game.
Installation and use:
Make a copy of any file you edit.
With OpenIV replace the file in this archive:
GTA V\update\x64\dlcpack\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
UPDATE: Transparent version of paintjob available in the 'V2' folder so you can change car colour in Los Santos Customs

What program's are you using?
@yeahhmonkey I used GIMP, OpenIV and TextureTool. If you want an image with a transparent background save as a .png (not in paint it doesn't support it) and then use the editor in OpenIV to import the textures. Hello, Yes i know how to Import/Export Indeed i am using paint Atm but it's not that great.
I don't want to buy Photoshop.
