@fib agent matheus Its based off the Metro Transit Police Department, but seeing as its located in Textile City I thought it would be more appropriate to make it more basic seeing as they wouldn't have enough funding to afford the full package

their is an issue with the skin for the scout, its in .pdn so i cant use it to replace the original livery
