City of los santos. And blaine county are in the game the real life counterpart is san andreas area state of california thats what this car has authority in if people have doubts

@steez i do it a tricky way i use the trainer to turn off the hud and use the retro scrn prnt to capture
Wow this looks great! Would it be possible to create the same skin again but with LAPD decals? Maybe as a new mod, or as a 2nd option included with this one? No problem if not though, this still rocks!! ;-)
