Replaces the Los Santos firetrucks and firefighters with ACT Rural Fire Service trucks and firefighters; specifically from Guises Creek Rural Fire Brigade.
Changelog since V1:
Fixed - Removed reflective tape that is not present on ACTRFS jackets.
Fixed - Added ACTRFS patch to jacket.
Added - Custom normal & spec maps for above fixes.
Changed - Helmets are at least a little bit more accurate to the type issued to ACTRFS firefighters.
Added - ACTRFS (Guises Creek) Command vehicle.
