This is a LSMC paint job for the Dodge Charger.

You need the original files. They contain all the meta files and 3D models. Here there are only the paint job.
Below I will explain how to load the paint on the vehicle:
1. First you need the original vehicle, which you can get by clicking on the link above.
2. I will now show you how to change the paint job:
You load the livery via OpenIV on the vehicle: Open /2018Charger/stream/FD2.ytd with OpenIV and replace the chgr-sign-1 texture with the livery you get here.
3. After that, go to your gta5 directory then open x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf - Rename to whichever of the police cars and drag over to replace a default GTA police car.
