How do I install the cars? There are no instructions in the readme files.

I'm a bit confused on the vehicle directory, the read me don't have any information.
OK soooo as previously stated by the author, the readme has links to the original car models and you just replace the textures. My question is, why do the impalas ram bars flash on and off when they have emergency lights on?
