This is a des moines police pack. Meant for twistedscopes Miami police pack.
Installation:
(GTAV\update\x64\patchday11ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5).
E.G Let says for example you want to get 2016 explorer the hurk and save it in police3 slot for example. Well click the police3.ytd and replace explorer_sign_1 with the appropriate texture I have in the file. Click exit and save then this texture should be saved in your game.
