Use Openiv and go to GTA V/update/x64/dlspacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and Replace sheriff2.ytd and sheriff2hi.ytd
I recommended to Replace as sheriff2.
