At one star, the police will respond in Police Cruisers and Police Buffalos. With male and female Police Officers.
At two stars, the police will deploy roadblocks using Police Cruisers and Police Buffalos.
At three stars, the police will respond in Police Interceptors, Police Cruisers, and Police Buffalos.
LSPD Detectives will now assist and respond in unmarked Police Cruisers.

@nichankinson This is an overhaul of the normal wanted system and would not affect anything done by LSPDFR, so there should be no issue with using both.
ugh i hate that i have to use OpenIV i don' t understand how OpenIV works really well. im giving it 3 stars for the mod because its good
sorry after i watched a tutorial video for how to use OpenIV and did evrything correct. The mod works good, but some improvement to the helicopters speed so they can kinda keep up with my car lol

hey @custo I have installed it as the instruction said, i noticed differences in the game, the roadblocks, and so on, however, on 4 and 5 stars the military and fib buffalos are not seen at all idk why ..
Basically I'm trying to have the military spawn in addon vehicles, i changed the dispatch.meta file and replaced the crusader and barracks and also added more vehicles. Ingame the military vehicles spawn at five stars but no one is in them. (i already have dispatchghostfix installed correctly). I tried spawning vanilla vehicles with the military and i used the added traffic mod to replace the vehicles, it somewhat worked but the mod had trouble changing all the vehicles. I also fiddled arround with the flags in the dispatch.meta files of the different vehicles i tried but it's very confusing, time consuming and sleep depriving. If anyone knows how to fix this issue, this is a cry for help.

can you just make a mod where the NOOSE brute police riot spawns at 4 stars and higher? it could replace the granger or not. Its just like the GTA IV wanted system but without any FIB vehicles and just police brute riot.
It is not working for me. I have to do the depth install since i cant open RPF. files in winrar, i need to use OpenIV and yet... its not working when i replace all of the ped, dispatch and vehicle files. It says Compressed But not encrypted. Every other file is encrypted, but not the modded one.
I also do want to know what files were modified here?
