Private army is ready to participate in any business including minings and transportation of valuable cargo and weapons...
That's why they use the old fishing hamlet of their dirty deeds)
However, these guys are dunces... I can't even understand how it was possible to drop part of the cargo in the water from pier)))
In general, the archive has two files: with neutral and aggressive people.
Using a neutral file you can explore all the interesting parts of my work) (screenshots can't show all the sights and charms of my work).
Red circles - there are places that can't be overlooked.
This is only the first version. I'll post two updates soon, one of them will have a building in the center of the lake, and the second... :)
Regardless of the type of the file (first or second) you can kill all people in stealth mode. In an aggressive mode it will be harder)

-The dog - man's best friend. So I added dogs. Some standard boxes were -replaced with boxes of the updates about the robbers.
-Added video
So, less than a year, as the guys from merryweather drove a large barge to the lake (it is not clear how they did it). Now it's a small discharge point.
There is an indication for my next job that I foolishly posted before :D
Now nothing prevents you to come back to those guys, take their boat or a tug and take a course to the base at the shore))))
In the file with aggressive partisans:
- Changed the position of the characters so stealth game become a little easier...
I hope you'll enjoy it!

This was seriously fun but very difficult; an attack dog, lots of soldiers and some other mercenaries with high-power assault rifles made for a very messy evening! Great fun, I look forward to more (I still have the Sawmill to play through).
Oh and thanks for including neutral and aggressive versions; by inspecting your .xml files, I have been able to make other popular mods' peds more aggressive for my own use, making for great shoot-outs! (I don't really role-play; I just like a chaotic gun-fight!!) So yeah, your mod helped me to learn about editing MapEditor mods - thanks!
