Installation:
1. Install the Latest Version Of Map Editor by Guadmaz
2. Install Open All Interiors:https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/open-all-interiors
3. Download My Map And Move The .xml File In Your GTA Directory

Note:
When You Get In The Elevator Kick The Door To Open. Get In And Wait 4 Seconds For it To Teleport You.
