Description_
This is the Mona Lisa of garage builds, created in 44hrs this commissioned build was designed and developed by racingfreddie in intents for the OG Race Team. 2048 props and this build has every amenity you'd desire in a garage facility. With capabilities of being whatever your dreams desire this shop is perfect for anyone, Micheal Angelo would be proud.
Features_
- 7x fully equipped workstations
- fabrication room
- paint mixing room/booth
- 12x seat conference room
- excessive owners office
- M/F washrooms
- parts warehouse
- large showroom
- accountant offices
- multiple lounge areas
- natural architecture
- pre-ymap. for easy of installation
- Easter eggs
Installation details_
1. If you hadn't done so already, you will need to set up the CustomMaps DLC
2. All you need to do after that, is drop '.ymap file inside custom_maps.rpf of the following folder (using OpenIV):
>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>CustomMaps>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>_citye>maps>custom_maps.rpf

@MemeAddict Alot of people said this, I've looked into the .xml/.ymap/fiveM versions and I can't find anything nor have I ever been boosted like people are saying they have been. I don't have the issue so I cannot correct something I can't find.

hey i completely deleted my modded gta5 and i made a new one with the newest gta update i try spawning in this building and the floor and the roof and other props are not spawning in do i need to install something that adds more props
