This is a mod made by me, RealLifePlayer. This Ymap features a garage extension to one of the houses in Mirror Park.Within this mod, you will find:
- A readme file that tells you how to download this mod for single-
player and into a fivem server
- A FiveM Resource folder with a resource.lua and stream folder
- A Ymap folder which includes the ymap file
- And a screenshots folder including a map and location of the build
If there are any issues with the map mod please let me know my dming me or writing a comment under this post.
Instructions:
- Regular Single-Player Download:
Step 1) Download Map Builder which can be found under (https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder) and make sure to install everything that is mandatory for it to work
!Only do Step 2 once you've downloaded all requirements for Map Builder to work!
Step 2) When finished downloaded Map Builder, go into your Grand Theft Auto V directory using OpenIV and find this path:
Grand Theft Auto V/Mods/Update/x64/dlcpacks/custom_maps/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/_citye/maps/custom_maps.rpf
Step 3) Once you've found the custom_maps.rpf drag & drop the ymap file from the Ymap folder found in this download into it
You've now successfully downloaded this custom map mod!
- FiveM Server Installation:
Step 1) Go into the root directory of your server
Step 2) Make a new resource / folder and name it to anything you want (Preferably custom_maps)
Step 3) Drag & Drop the _resource.lua and stream folder into the new resource you've opened in your root directory
Step 4) Go into your server.cfg and write where the appropriate space is
start [Name of Resouce, In this case custom_maps]
Step 5) Download Map Builder from (https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder) and search for instructions on how to download props for FiveM
You've successfully inserted the ymap into your fivem server. If you ever want to add another Ymap, all you have to do is drag & drop it into the [stream] folder which is found inside your resource!

there is dumbster and other stuff inside and infront of the door making it imposible to get in
@Gramzzz Not in my game... I do remember seeing that somewhere. I am not sure why it would be like that. This was specifically made for FiveM, but when I made it in Single player that was none of those props.
Maybe I installed it wrong but my cars go through the floor when I try to drive them into the garage.
