Map was converted using Blender 3D, addons of Maps Models Importer by Ellie Michel and BlenderGIS, RenderDoc, Autodesk 3ds Max 2016, CodeWalker, OpenMapTools - by dexyfex, OpenIV - by GooDNTS
Map is added as a DLC pack - the recommended prerequisites with installation general procedures are listed as follows:

@Armin262 I think we spoke about this on Discord this last weekend, as of right now I don't think it is feasible or worth it for me.
@wildlands009 I don't know, I think most people don't know how it is done to begin with, and if they do they may doubt that the 3D models aren't suitable for GTA games. As for location, well I thought it was cool to do something noone else did beyond just the fact that noone did such experiments in general (as far as I know). :)
@TangentShark Ambitioneers Team is already working on such a map in HD! I don't mean this as advertisement for them, but I do think quality of maps is uncontestedly one of the best coming out of modders.
@MrBene It would be a neat city to do, but I know that Project Las Venturas team is already making decent progress on it, so that is a bit discouraging as it can be seen as rivalry / copying which is not necessary.
