Hi guys! This is my first attempt in making a car dealership. Decided to make Franklin his own :D This is not an MLO. I'm still learning. Just having trouble with running 3DS Max on my laptop.
REQUIREMENTS:
MAP EDITOR by Guadmaz - https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
MAP BUILDER by OmegaKingMods - https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder
INSTALLATION:
1.) Just drag and drop "luxury_dealership" folder at: D:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
After that please add this line to your dlclist.xml located at: D:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
dlcpacks:\luxury_dealership\
2.) Drag and drop the contents of the scenario folder at: x64a.rpf\levels\gta5\scenario\
You're all set :)
There's an optional file included. IF you have menyoo, just drag and drop "DEALERSHIP PEDS.XML" from the optional folder to: D:\Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner
I'm gonna update this mod once I learn how to edit scenarios so that other vehicles don't spawn in the area.
Have fun and enjoy.
UPDATE 1.2
-Added scenario files. Now no vehicles will spawn or drive around the area of the map.

@SubieBerry This actually works... with the scenario wich you can get with version 1.2 (this is not the currect version) so you can manually download this on this page under the big download button at versions. No cars will spawn, no cars will come in the parking lot... this fixed the carspawn thingy. Manny thanks to you :))

@GTAcargamer for the scenario? this is in located in the 1.2 version of this map. You can find this at "all versions" under the big download button for this map. then there is a extra folder named scenario in this zip.

@Decartha Ah, odd that they set version 1 as the current version. Guess they just weren't happy with 1.2. Thanks for your reponse, with both these solutions combined (+ some custom textures to get rid of the 'Clinton Luxury Auto Club' branding), this mod is perfect! Shame the creator doesn't seem to be active anymore.
@SubieBerry When I download the map builder mod, I just get a text document which leads me to their website to download their free version. Could this be the problem why only a part of the dealership loads? Could the reason be the free version lacks the requirements to load the mod?
I succeeded, but there are no Rolls-Royce and characters in it. The car is still running in it.

When I load the scenario why are all the peds just standing on tables and not doing anything?

The required Map Editor is no longer free. You have to pay $20 on Patreon, and I am not doing that. I wish this could work without those requirements.
