Got my hand on ZModeler and thought it would be fun to make stuff to learn how to use it. I think the titles is already a great description of what this is.
Requirements:
- OpenIV
- IF the emergency lights appear to be glitched or not working, use https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/sirensetting-limit-adjuster
- IF the game crashes, use https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars or any other custom gameconfig

I stupidly forgot to add the installation instructions into the file, and althought that might make some here smiles, newcomers who aren't used to modding could be confused by it. So here it is.
With openIV, to reach: X:\Program Files\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
and drag and drop the "neegwarden" folder.
Then, go to: X:\Program Files\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data
Then click on the "Edit Mode" button on the left of the search bar, right click on "dlclist.xml" then click on edit and add on the last dlc <Item>dlcpacks:/neegwarden/</Item> then save
This file has been approved automatically. If you think this file should not be here for any reason please report it.
