While this mod contains the edited car model, you'll still need to download Andre500's Enhanced Content for Legacy (which is only on NexusMods for some reason) for all other vehicle meta information. This'll remain a replace as the changes are so minute, making an add-on would be a waste of bytes.
Place the .yft files here: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpg9ec\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mpg9ec.rpf\
