1. Open(!) "BAKAS_REMASTERED_2.3.1.oiv" with WinRAR or other.
2. Find "assembly.xml", open it.
3. After, you need to find this lines:
<name>Baka's Weapons Sounds [REMASTERED]</name>
<version>
<major>2</major>
<minor>3a</minor>
<tag>Public</tag>
</version>
and change "<minor>3a</minor>" to "<minor>3</minor>"
4. Save .xml file, and accept WinRAR(or other) request to update the archive.
