Is it possible though to modify the charge distance?

Mine has been non-functional for a while now, though. I installed JulioNIB's Iron Man v2.4 before, and then the Cap mod isn't working anymore. I have since uninstalled it. However, even after uninstalling the Iron Man mod, I have been unable to use the Cap script. What could be the problem?
