- Download and install OpenIV.
- Open Online Vehicles in SP Legacy Installer v1.0.oiv with OpenIV Package Installer.
- Install it to the mods folder when OpenIV asks.
- Start the game.
Uninstall
- Open uninstall.oiv with OpenIV Package Installer.
- Install it to the same mods folder.
Notes
- Does not work in GTA Online.(We know why)
- No external vehicle models are included.

@leepersc Bro, just open the .oiv with OpenIV Package Installer. It installs automatically :)
@bruhheso Looks like OpenIV can't edit popgroups.ymt. Make sure you're using GTA V Legacy and that no other traffic mod has already modified that file

bro can you make a mod online weapon in SP cuz every time opening trailer was unrealistic i want to purchase from shop and also weapon disapear even if we sav game
