CLINTON DEALERSHIP [Legacy Version]
Hello everyone... I'm really happy to share with you my new mod, which gives Franklin a new car and motorcycle dealership in Los Santos.
I've been working on it for about a month and would have liked to do more, but for now I think it's enough for publication. The download contains the dealership DLC, which includes the entire Mirror Park construction site. I've also created two files for menyooStuff/Spooner that create vehicles and pedestrians separately for both the dealership and the construction site. The vehicles you see in photos or videos depend, of course, on the mod(s) you use that replicate the original vehicles.
This project is just starting and will receive future updates!

HOW TO INSTALL:
Once you have downloaded my mod, inside the downloaded file you will find 2 folders (DLC folder and menyooStuff/Spooner folder)
1) DLC folder:
put the folder containing the DLC called "clinton_dealership" in:
.....\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
after go to:
.....\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
and open, in edit mod, dlclist.xml and insert:
dlcpacks:/clinton_dealership/
2) menyooStuff-Spooner folder:
Install the following mods:
If you are ready, proceed as follows to install:
Grand Theft Auto V>menyooStuff>Spooner
and add the file: CDvehicles&peds.xml
and
MirrorPark_Vehicle&Peds

In the game, press F8 to open Menyoo (2 times: the first time to activate and then the second time to view)

I'd love to try this but I don't use Menyoo or OpenIV. Have never been able to get my head around them.
@Owenza You definitely need to watch some tutorials to learn how to do certain things, but I assure you that once you learn, it's incredibly cool! And then, to put it briefly, my mods are still simple, but I'm already delving into various things to create better vehicles and maps just through a lot of tutorials and trials.

@holo666 hi bro, You must be careful to download the correct requirements as per the instructions in the description.
Perhaps the version of Map Builder you are using is not the same as the one I used. I also suggest downloading addonprops (https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/addonprops)
@DaveRock76 I installed it strictly according to the documentation, but there are still some objects that cannot be loaded. Are you using the latest version? My game version is 3095, a very old version, and some models may not exist in that version
@holo666 Hi, I always use the latest versions of the game, so my mods are based on the latest version of the game....likely, as you say, this is the reason....
